About Me:

I have been committed to bringing healing to individuals and the community

through my wholehearted presence and vulnerability for over 35 years.  

​

When I experienced IFS (Internal Family Systems) I found the healing I'd been

unable to achieve with other spiritual traditions and healing modalities.  This

inspired me to pursue professional education in IFS and I have completed

all 3 levels of training offered by The IFS Institute along with countless hours of

personal IFS sessions, supervision and other trainings.  I am currently enrolled

in the International Trauma Recovery Coaching training.

I am also a grief retreat facilitator and mentor to aspiring Grief Tenders. I have led and experienced the healing balm of community grief tending rituals for many years.  

​

​As a lifelong learner, I've sought and studied with many great teachers and I've been inspired by the work of Richard Schwartz, Sobonfu Some, Stephen Levine, Jon Kabbat Zin, Francis Weller, Betty Martin and many others.
